Joseph Glickman is the founding partner of a geotechnical startup company that sequesters CO2 and elevates properties to fight against the effects of climate change. He also acts as the Head of Innovation Outreach for another startup developing advanced sensor technology using data to take predictive measures. In the nonprofit world, Joseph has traveled to thirty countries volunteering his time and knowledge to communities as close as Las Flores, California to Pisaq, Peru with his first startup to provide resources to underprivileged children by providing free material and tutors where available.

Joseph became the Director of the Global Management Program Int. at the Haas School of Business in 2021. Working with the Haas Student Body Government as a Haas major to develop the international business program and expand the program's reach as well as professional development.

Joseph is the author of five academic papers from public policy to economics, polyglot, and accomplished musician.
