Event Management

FMG partners with the alumni, parent, and undergraduate leaders in developing an event strategy that meets their needs and budget.

We recommend chapters consider holding as many of these events as possible: football game tailgaters, Fall Hall of Fame/Homecoming Weekend, Fall Parent Weekend, Spring Dad or Mom’s Day, Spring Volunteer Weekend, Spring Faculty Dinner, quarterly luncheons in the chapter’s hometown, and 1-2 events per year in the top 2-3 out of town markets of where their alumni/ae and parents live.

FMG services include: event planning, tracking RSVPs and payments, online and mail invites, post-event emails thanking attendees, etc.
