Housing Operations

FMG partners with undergraduate & volunteer leaders to develop a housing operations plan that meets their needs & budget. This can include developing 5-year master plans, budgets, member contracts, member leases, master leases, online payment options, inspection processes, property inspections, facility assessments, etc. It also can involve us managing the relationship with an accounting, financial management or full-service property management firm.
